Creative industries in the Philippines have always lacked the necessary institutional support to flourish. The Arts, Culture, and Creative Industries Bloc of the 18th Congress (ACCIB) is a coalition of legislators in the House of Representatives that aims to change this. Through legislation and dialogue, ACCIB envisions a vibrant PH creative economy, where arts and culture are supported and encouraged.
