Hibana is a Japanese restaurant by Chef Mark Tan in Legaspi Village, Makati that specializes in teppanyaki dishes and various grilling techniques.
Inside is Sutajio, a private dining room where customers are privy to an exclusive tasting menu made by the chef himself. The brand was inspired by the restaurant’s name which translates to ‘spark.’ The identity is reflective of the brand’s approach to the cuisine, while borrowing elements from Japanese sword making such as wood and stone.
